We decided to go to the zoo.
In full disclosure: this was my first visit to the Zoo in this part of the world. I had been a member of the Zoo society and a frequent Zoo visitor in Wisconsin, but I had not made the effort to zoo-bilize here. Finally going both reminded me how nice it is to have a place to 'get out' to AND how much I miss going to the Wisconsin zoo.
That being said, we had a fabulous time.

Are you in Tuscon? Is this the Reid Park Zoo? Did you see my precious "Snow" bear there? She left SeaWorld not to long ago for a new life out in your neck of the woods. Just curious.
ReplyDeleteThe polar bear was inside when we went past. Now that we know that someone we love loves her, we will make a point to go back and get pictures for you!!
