we sang happy half-birthday to this little chub this week.
She is sitting up on her own (mostly)
She's always on the move!
This is with our cute neighbors M and baby H (who is 8 weeks older than our Feta)
Sitting in the high-chair at a restaurant, like it's no big deal.
And giving someone the stink-eye when she dropped her toy. (SO funny!)
She has resigned herself to crib sleeping. She always rolls onto her tummy, and sleeps fine, until she suddenly realizes she is on her tummy, and then she hollers. The stretches of time are slowly getting longer, though, and someday she may figure out that she knows how to roll from her tummy to her back..... maybe.
These siblings still think she's pretty great
(except when she's napping and they are unable to play as they would like-- ie. FULL volume)
They try and try to get her to laugh. With this baby, though, you have to really earn the giggles.
Her smiles are plentiful, but the laughs are hard to come by.
She still isn't a fan of bottles, but she will drink water out of a sippy cup. (formula was not a hit last time, but we will persevere!)
She's liking baby food, but she had a little rash when she ate applesauce, so we're wondering if maybe she's allergic to apples? (weird, right?)
She's become a major face-toucher, as many people at church can attest to. Don't get close unless you mean it, ok!?
She likes to look at Dad and Sock whenever either one is around. (not that I blame her!)
We're so glad she is part of out family!
